Am I able to return my order?

 

Items may be returned within 7 days of purchase. To qualify for a return, the item must be: 

  • Unused and in its original condition 

  • In its original packaging 

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase 

Return Process: 

  1. Email us at  info@vukaapparel.com with your order number and reason for return. 

  1. Our team will provide return instructions. 

  1. Return shipping costs, as well as any potential redelivery fees, are the customer’s responsibility. 

What about refunds?

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed and credited to your original payment method within 7–12 business days. 

Late or Missing Refunds: 
If you have not received your refund within the expected timeframe, please: 

  • Check with your bank or credit card provider, as processing times may vary. 

Can I exchange my order?

Defective or Damaged Items: 
If you receive a defective or damaged item, please email  info@vukaapparel.com with your order details and a clear photo of the issue. We will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.
